Most faults can be sorted over the phone. If we need to, we can access, (with your permission,) your computer remotely and fix the problem without you even lifting a finger. In the unlikely event that we are unable to resolve the problem or it is a hardware failure fault, we can arrange an engineer to visit you on-site.
