Orchard House Computers Ltd was established in 1998 by Justin Skinner with an aim to provide expert IT support to businesses in need. OHC is based in the heart of East Anglia on the Norfolk / Suffolk border with great transport links to the rest of the country.

Justin Skinner Managing Director

I am the founder and Director of OHC. My role is to lead our exceptional team and ensure that they have the knowledge and support to deliver great service to our clients.

I have been working in the IT industry for over 32 years and still enjoy it most days!

Outside of work, I spend most of my time with horses, dogs and children. I love to travel and visit nice restaurants.

Kevin Vincent Technical Consultant

Kevin’s main function involves responding to support calls, updating clients, onsite visits, and project work where required.

Kevin is also involved in maintaining the support system (RMM) ensuring issues are dealt with before end users are even aware of a problem.

Kevin is a techie at heart and spends time playing games on his computer (SIMs, Star Trek), as well as going for walks and reading.

Karl Brooks Technical Manager

Over the past 14 years I have been working at managed service providers designing, installing and supporting on premise and hosted IT systems. Primarily focusing on small and medium sized business I have also worked with customers in the NHS and UK offices for larger businesses.

Outside of work I enjoy Brazilian Jiu-jitsu, snowboarding and Formula 1.

Del West 2nd Line Technical Support

Del has had over 30 years experience in IT support covering all types of hardware and software, with 10 of those years with OHC.

Mark Nisbet 2nd Line Technical Support

I have been working in IT support for almost 10 years working for MSPs.  During this time, I have gained knowledge and experience working with various technologies including servers, cloud setups and networking.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends whilst also keeping up to date with various sports.

Tyler Smith IT Support Technician

I’m Tyler, I have been with Orchard House for 5 years. My personal interests seamlessly blend with my professional endeavours and I therefore really enjoy what I do. I love motorbikes and gaming and get deeply involved in the realm of IT hardware and gaming software during my downtime.

Jely Weedon Personal Assistant to Director

As Justin’s Personals Assistant I am responsible for the day to day running of the office and provide administrative and secretarial support. I also assist the Support Desk by screening client support calls. I have worked as a PA for at least 20 years of which the last 5 with this varied bunch of IT -ers.

Lynne Fletcher Bookkeeper

I have been bookkeeper for Orchard House Computers for the past 14 years. I have worked in various offices as Bookkeeper and Office Manager since leaving school ( a number of years it has to be said!)

My role involves managing general accounting ledgers to keep the company’s finances in order and reporting to HMRC.

Outside of work I enjoy walking, gardening and socialising.

Tiffany Aldous IT Support Technician

In April 2022 I decided to change my career to a path that I have always enjoyed, helping people and working with computers.

I am now doing a Level 3 Information Communication Technician Apprenticeship to get up to date with the ever growing IT world.

In my spare time I enjoy playing rugby and spending time with my daughter.
